Sent another reply to the parking company as their second letter was untrue and didn’t match with what they stated in the first. Also requested the missing images as part of an SAR or they’ll be reported to the ICO.1

My MP has offered me advice but seems a little confused on what they can do to help. Can anyone advise me as to what they can do please?
I’ve also received another reply from the parking company where they have ignored my SAR request to see the images from the ANPR0 -
Show them the debates from 2018 about the (now law) Parking Code of Practice Bill, where MPs queued up to talk about how they'd had to assist constituents. The February 2018 Hansard recording is best. Watch it first yourself and then you'll know what MPs can do.
And show him this link (I'm on this show and so is bargepole!) and tell him to watch the inputs from Stephen Doughty MP:

Your MP can write to the landowner and ask them to have the charge cancelled.
They can contact the MP where the alleged event took place to warn them what is happening in their constituency, and ask them to ask the landowner to have the charge cancelled.
Both can contact the PPC and ask them to cancel the charge.
Both can bring up the problems in parliament being encountered by the motoring public and ask that the new mandatory CoP is introduced earlier than currently planned.
Both can ask in parliament why credit clamping is still occurring even though a certain Missus May promised she was going to do something about it when she was the Prime Minister.
Both can bring up in parliament the failure of the PPC to provide personal data in breach of the ICO's requirements.
Both can bring up in parliament the DVLA's continuing sale of motorists' personal data without reason, asking why it is still happening, and asking what progress the ICO has made in their investigation of the DVLA on this matter. They can also ask what will happen if the DVLA lose the proposed test case against them regarding the alleged unlawful sale of motorist's personal data, and how the government will fund pay-outs to thousands of motorists who will likely make similar claims if the DVLA lose the test case.
As for the PPC's failure to provide ANPR images of the keeper's vehicle, it is time to complain to the ICO, and send a copy of the complaint to the PPC and their trade association.I married my cousin. As for the PPC's failure to provide ANPR images of the keeper's vehicle, it is time to complain to the ICO, and send a copy of the complaint to the PPC and their trade association.“ The timings and missing images are again detailed below:- Vehicle entered the car park at 19:27:36 and immediately left straight after.
- There should be ANPR footage of the vehicle leaving at approximately 19:28. (Missing image)
- The vehicle then entered the car park again at approximately 21:22 (missing image)
- The ANPR footage shows the vehicle leaving at 21:23:05
Please provide all four images of the vehicle within 7 days, as part of a subject access request (SAR), if you’re unable to do this then please give me the contact details of your DPO as I’ll be contacting the ICO to lodge a complaint. “
