Phones that are compatible with the Chase App

I have it downloaded onto a Nokia 7.1 which is about 3 years old.
Upgraded my phone this week to a Samsung galaxy a13 and the app won't download onto it.
Slightly annoyed as I'll now keep chase running on my old Nokia.
I upgraded my phone due to no longer receiving security updates on the Nokia.
It would have swayed my phone choice had I known0 -
As someone who has spent most of his his life working with technology, software and computers since they first became mainstream, I am saddened and depressed by this thread. What kind of world have we created when ordinary people are unable to do something as simple as open a savings account without all this unnecessary crap?Chase are only offering 1.5%. That's hardly going to lure in Columbian money laundering drug barons!I become more dissillusioned with all this as I get older. It's not that I don't understand the technology. The problem is that a lot of the time technology just doesn't work; it leaves people angy and frustrated.People can no longer interact with another human being when they want to carry out what should be a simple transaction.Instead we are forced to interact with software systems that may work most of the time but are totally incapable of handling unusual or unexpected scenarios. The companies that use these systems fail to provide decent customer services to deal with the exceptional cases. How many times have you phoned up with a problem hoping to speak to a real person only to get a recorded message...All our advisors are really busy right now. Your call is important to us.Now listen to some crap music for 30 minutes while the telcomms provider makes money from your call and our directors plan their next holiday in the Bahamas.

Most other apps have been around for a while.
Developing a new application for an already/soon to be unsupported OS (with a ever diminishing userbase) was probably a business decision.
I doubt many developers of new Windows applications think, we must make sure we support Windows 7 32 bit.1 -

I wonder what the average amount is put into an easy access account.
Probably not enough to cover the added cost of a new smart phone.
But for people who can save small amounts of money, Regular Savers might offer better rates than Chase, anyway.1 -
Well, if you are buying a new phone you then won't need your old one, which you will sell, and thus will get a lot of your money back anyway.0

For those who do not have a 64 bit phone/device with the requisite operating systems, the decision is simple:
- do you expect to benefit in the long run from getting yourself a phone/device on which Chase, and much other stuff, will work, or
- do they expect to never achieve a benefit from such a phone/device
If 2, don't spend money on a different phone/device, unless you don't care if you lose some money.
If 1, just get yourself one.1 - do you expect to benefit in the long run from getting yourself a phone/device on which Chase, and much other stuff, will work, or
