I can see that a lot of people are having issues with their phones not being compatible with the app, even if the android version is up to date, so thought it might useful for people to leave comments on what phones definitely work with it and what you are using? (and ones that definitely don't!)  So please feel free to share...

More than 4gb of ram should work.
Poco phones are cheap, but good. I use a Poco F2 Pro.

Agree. Any mobile with more than 4GB RAM and the minimum OS requirements should be ok

Same for a tablet, though you might need one with a SIM, or have any mobile alongside it, to receive any text messages, and you must register a phone number.

It seems that Chase tried the same thing (maintaining a list of incompatible phones), however it didn't work because the same model can be sold in different configurations, some with the 32 bit version of Android (incompatible), some with the 64 bit version of Android (compatible).

RealMe 8 - brilliant value and better performance than phones at 3 times the price - £190!

    Check the variants.

OH on 6gb (£190 atm) version has it running Chase, Atom, Halifax, HSBC, Barclays, Cynergy, First Direct, Skipton, Al Rayan, VM YBS... apps no problem.

My Samsung S10 works fine, although it's a model that was released probably 3 years ago.

Actually still a very good phone, good cameras, good screen and lighter than the newer models. I also have a S21 for work, and it's not really any better, but heavier.
