I keep forgetting to pop in and record my first week - it was a 0.5kg loss. I imagine with the run up to Easter (and all my excuses that go with it) I may already have put that back on, but I'll let future me worry about that on weigh in day!

Weighing in with a loss of -3lb, fairly astounded and will try my best not to undo it by eating too much chocolate or too many hot cross buns (sorry nope not sure I can keep the hot cross bun part of that promise 😂)

I had a sticky start to this weight loss challenge. There was too much of the good stuff in the house, everything from wine to chocolate and back again. Plus there were two rather large birthdays both in age and celebration. DH is now 75 and I'll follow soon but hopefully as a more slimmed down possibly fitter version   

Weight loss so far 2.5lb. We came in for lunch rather late as we have no staff to help over the Easter period so lunch was sandwiches  - not good I know but it will be soup and sugar free jelly for tea.
I usually always cook from scratch, usually batch cooking. OH has some food allergies and has to be careful but I'm finding tins and packets have the calories listed so that's where I'm heading for myself and using the batched cooked and frozen stuff for OH.

SIRENS I was being very virtuous until T Express put hot cross buns next to the tills and then a pack fell into my basket 😬 having eaten one for dinner I made have to freeze the rest 

hope everyone is have good Easter and have enjoyed the same sunshine we have today in the SE 🙂

As my target is just 7 lb for the quarter and have no need to lose it quickly, I've decided to weigh-in fortnightly.
So my first report is a birthday present to myself - at least a 1 lb loss.

A birthday present from friends was a box of M&S Belgian chocolates and some shortbread biscuits.  They are put safely to one side (with a BB date of November).

Next weigh-in for me should be 28/29 April.

A day late in weighing in for me as we had a couple of days away. 

A fine dining experience at a castle and a full English breakfast later I am pleased that it is still a -2lb please @Brambling. 

Luckily the fine dining although 5 courses was relatively small and the breakfast was enough that we didn’t need any lunch. Also lots of walking was done!
Hope that everyone who has the good weather atm is enjoying it! We will get the bbq out later I think 🤔
