I would like to try for 21lb please for this quarter @Brambling. The low carbing is working for me at the moment so will try and carry on with this.
I have previously lost lots of weight on the blood sugar diet but found it really hard to stick to no carbs and put most of the weight back on 😡.
I have found this time that letting myself have carbs if I fancy them (in moderation obviously 😬) I have found it a lot easier as I don’t feel like I am missing out on anything and will hopefully be able to maintain long term.
Good luck everyone 🍀 🤞

Hi @Brambling and everybody can I please join a bit late here. I did not do well in last 2 quarters due to new personal circumstances so I will give it an other shout this quarter to work on my determination, personal well being and adjust my weight back down a hair. My aim is for 10LB (about 4 to get into normal BMI range and a few extra to increase safety margin). I am going away tomorrow so will not really weigh in til I get back, but it should be a fairly activ holiday, but with the odd glass, so should balance itself out. Congrats and I look forwards to an other lovely journey on here.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

My first weigh in of the 2nd challenge and a disappointing STS
I though I was being good but obviously not! Back to the boring stuff of menu planning and writing what i eat down, it's the little snacky bits which are my downfall

First weigh in for me and it’s -3.5lb please @Brambling.
DH has kindly passed on his cold to me and as I can’t taste anything I have managed to refrain from eating any treats as this would be pointless!
Still managing 10k+ steps a day and the lighter evenings are certainly helping with this.
