Hi, I haven't been feeling too well since the beginning of the month so I decided it would be best not to try for a loss. It's STS for me. Now I am better I hope to start making progress. Well done to all losers.3

I'm on STS please @Brambling. No extra before holiday
The BMI police has appeared again! Went to the knee consultant and again no bedside manner, was expecting a quick injection and to trot off. My BMI was recorded 10 points higher than it is, then was told we won't do surgery if your BMI is over X, at no point have I said I want surgery, then was told I have to be 60 min in my area before they will consider it, so I'm about 10 years off this. The small print should read, just wanted another person off their list.
On the positive side, I have 9/10 years to bring my BMI down by 8 points and I didn't tell said quack to go fourth and X.
I will read the last week or so of everyone's posts to give me a bit of inspiration, I do not plan on being a saint but will try to be good, besides the gin is cheap
Honey - hope you had a nice birthday, Sunfl0w3r hope you feel better soon.
