Hi All
Welcome to the Old Style Weight Loss thread for quarter two 2022
Please feel free to start posting your weight loss goals for the next challenge which will run from the 1st April until the 30th June (13 weeks)
You do not have to submit a loss or gain for the first week as it's our starting week, you can post your first loss or gain the week after on a day of your choice.
As usual everyone is welcome - we support and encourage, we don't judge and importantly that includes being kind to ourselves
. All hints and tips welcomed especially during the current time when we may be reaching for food or we aren't able to buy our usual healthier choices.
I'm sure ideas about cheap healthy meals and free exercise ideas will be welcomed at the moment
Please send me your targets if you are setting one in either lbs or kgs whatever suits you but only in increments of 1/2 or 1 - There is no requirement to provide a target or weekly weight ins and no one has to justify if they chose not to weigh in for any period of time
NB - Anyone can join the challenge at any point over the next 3 months

Hi All,
I've been reading along the past month or so on the Q1 thread but haven't been posting as I really lost all motivation. Not sure I have found it yet but maybe a new quarter will help.
I usually put down a target in lbs (as there's more chance of losing half a lb than half a kilo!) but I weigh in kilos so can you put me down for a target of 6 kilos this time please Brambling - maybe not having to do maths will help...I can but try.
I will be brave in the next few days and see what damage I've done so I know my starting point.

2 Weeks to holiday for me so pants pulled up and everything sucked in for the final push, I'm on count down.
SW style chilli for tea made with 2% fat turkey mince, SW style chips and salad. Have refused a part baked roll which Mr is having with his. Have issued warnings against any offerings of bread type things.
Small suggestion with Easter on the way, if you like chocolate please have a £1 egg (ones usually on offer). Nothing worse than eating everything and not having what you really wanted.
