I have come back from my holiday 0.5kg lighter. Please can that be added to weigh day, @Brambling. I mainly think it was due to a lot of walking and the heat suppressing my appetite. It did highlight to me how much of my eating is boredom or emotional eating rather than hunger. I need to work out a strategy for that.

Hope all goes OK, Suffolksue.  It sounds like you are in the right place - fingers crossed it turns out to just be stents.

bunkers. I just came back from a walk feeling fuzzy, I think because of too much sugar in breakfast. I am contemplating clean eating/cutting processed foods, sugar, red meat, coffein, alcohol, what's left, and I just ate ravioli, half a quiche, and 2 kitkats I really usually don't do that. but my main down fall is lunches, so will start there. and get sorted with stuff for smoothies
sorry for oversharing again  I am tired, 'one armed' and have a sinus infection. and will aim to go for a very long walk later.
gym is off,  who wants to exercise inside in the summer xx

    Hi
    Well done losers.

Yesterday I deviated from the plan as I was out later than I thought I would be so had an emergency mini babybel cheese to tide me over and when I got home half a scoop of electrolyte powder in my water ( extra 5 cals lol). Then I hit the peanut butter in the evening 🙄

    Today
Breakfast: Greek yoghurt with fruits of the forest and peanut butter; 2 coffee with cream
Other meal: veggie and mince chilli, mushed avocado, sour cream, cheddar
Dessert: sf strawberry jelly and cream

Well done everyone on your efforts 👏
Even though I can record a -2lb please @Brambling this week has been a real struggle☹️.
I have just wanted to eat and eat (mainly carbs!) and have had a real struggle with myself. I have prepared a huge bowl of fresh fruit to snack on this morning to try and keep me away from the fresh rolls…..

    Hello
    Well done on the losses.

Yesterday I had a mini babybel cheese for an evening snack, I’d forgotten how much I like those. Wasn’t hungry really, I can be a bit of a cheese monster and I eat far too much as it is.

    Today
Breakfast: spinach quiche and salty sliced tomatoes; 2 coffees with cream
Other meal: panfried white fish fillet and courgette with cauli cheese
Dessert: Greek yoghurt, fruits of the forest compote with a spoon of chocolate hazelnut spread and some flaked almonds
