@Brambling I weighed again this morning and was 11st 6.5 which is back to 11lb off, so I’m hoping it was a temporary bloating blip. Let’s see what I am on Friday, on official weigh in day.

Well done everyone some lovely WIs again 👏👏

Izzybee I've been known to miss a few weeks myself so doing worry 🙂

Ditty ouch how did you break your elbow 😬

Bluegreen do you want me to add your gain or was that just a interim weigh in?

I'm not gluten intolerant although I have a couple of younger family members who are coeliacs but like a couple of my sisters I label myself as wheat intolerance (probably the same thing 🤔) I try to avoid it but as you know bread is too tempting

have a good week everyone 🙂
Hi I was very silly and fell on my elbow! So no tragedy there, just me being a muppet.

I do have an other question though?
What is going on with pools? I have alwys been a strong contender for public pools, but am sadly in the process of changing my mind - at least for my local borough. They are not in great shape. Also I want to go with my son, who needs stairs - not a ladder to get in and out of pools - how can it be that hard - why are most pools only built with ladders, surely he is not th eonly person who can't climb a ladder but who can have a go at swimming.
Back to the question - do you all join gyms?
Do you then stay a member?
    Is it worth it?
I have 2 local pool options one is £60+ a month (with pool) and one is £44 but you ahve to join for the year! That is 500+ On the ohter hand - what is food health worth?
Or do I just drive to the next town one day a week and get a burger and a swim? (as dont think I would manage cooking as well?)

What is your exercise setup? Just curious. I know it is different for everybody, but I think I need a social element!
