Morning All
sts for me this week, don't seem to be getting anywhere at the moment? I know it's probably the weekends that sabotage me so I really need to get a grip on myself. Bought a new (to me) car yesterday so need to cut the hedge today so I can park it, might cut the grass as well so bit of exercise should keep my mouth away from the kitchen!Todays meals will probably be
B toast and banana
L not sure yet!
D cheeseburger bites with potato cubes, veg and salad, new recipe so will see if we like it.

Even though I can record a -2lb please @Brambling this week has been a real struggle☹️.
I have just wanted to eat and eat (mainly carbs!) and have had a real struggle with myself. I have prepared a huge bowl of fresh fruit to snack on this morning to try and keep me away from the fresh rolls…..My sympathy @millicent Another carb fiend here.Spent all yesterday struggling (and failing) to keep away from the carbs.I'm determined to get back on track today - especially as I decided to change my weigh-in day from Wednesday to Monday, so I'm on a 'short week'!A budget is like a speed sign - a LIMIT not a TARGET!!

Have to say that I've not been very "good" this quarter and daily average calories was over 2100 for the past week and over 2300 over last 3 days. So not going in the right direction. I'll be lucky to be a STS at my next weigh-in.
But - last night I arranged blood and other tests at a hospital on 27 June. I don't want those to show my unhealthy diet and so am reining myself in, starting today. (At least the Easter egg was finished on Thursday!)5 -

Carb heavy I don't lose anything. Thinking of going low carb but due to no gallbladder and a few other issues can't eat fat or cream so I don't know if it's possible to do low carb without eating these. Just have knuckle down and do a lower carb version of sw.

Well done everyone.
Was out yesterday so didn’t get chance to post. I’ve grounded self and will not be going out next weekend, I need to reign the calories and the spending in.
Saturday
Breakfast: spinach quiche; 3 cups of coffee with cream
Other meal ( restaurant ): chicken skewer, small minced beef thing, pork loin, lots of fresh herbs and lettuce; drip coffee with sweetened condensed milk
Later: 2 vodka lime sodas
Midnight snacks: jelly and cream and a giant chocolate button
Today
Breakfast: spinach quiche, 2 coffee with cream
Other meal: leftover chicken skewer, pork loin and herby / lettuce salad I brought home from yesterday
