Well done everyone, apologies for taking my eye off the thread I hope i have picked up every one correctly.  Basket happy for you to blame me for any gains, I'm going to blame work if I've put on this week.

otb666 are you recording this week as you only put your weight and not a loss / gain or STS ?

Izzy - do i need to zero you out to start again?

Hope every one is having a better week than me  :)

Have to say that I've not been very "good" this quarter and daily average calories was over 2100 for the past week and over 2300 over last 3 days.  So not going in the right direction.  I'll be lucky to be a STS at my next weigh-in.

But - last night I arranged blood and other tests at a hospital on 27 June.  I don't want those to show my unhealthy diet and so am reining myself in, starting today.  (At least the Easter egg was finished on Thursday!)
Well, the daily average was 1263 calories for the three days (Sat, Sun, Mon).  I'm aiming for less than 1500 so am very happy with my wagon travel.  Particularly pleased that saturated fats are averaging 10.3g (against target 20g max).

However I'm going out with a friend tomorrow which may scupper the one day figures but should allow for the cumulative averages to stay within bounds.

    Next weigh-in is Thursday.
The day out proved to be lovely - river trip from Tower Hill to Greenwich, gentle walking in the Greenwich area (Cutty Sark, Chapel of St Peter and St Paul, etc), 1 coffee, Boots shapers chicken caesar salad.  (The trip had been planned by my friend and was a mystery to me until we were at Tower Hill.)
Out in the evening too and ate only when I got home - indulged in fried mushrooms but still came in at under 1000 calories for the day.

    Hello

    Weigh day STS please Brambling.

I’m pleased with that as was partying on Saturday. Exercise wise I didn’t really manage to increase it from last week, must make more effort this week. Onto week 7 I think and more movement and keep nudging breakfast later and other meal earlier to try and reduce my eating window on the days it’s possible to do so ( not today and possibly not tommorrow 🙄 ). I’m still wanting to eat breakfast as soon as I wake up even though I don’t really feel very hungry

    Today
Breakfast: Greek yoghurt, forest fruits compote, peanut butter. 1 x creamy coffee and 1 x cappuccino later
Late lunch (out, not much choice of eateries): corn soup, steak and assorted veggies and 1/4 portion of chips with ketchup; cup of tea
    Supper: anti pasti plate
