    Well done everyone.

    Todays food
    Breakfast: Greek yoghurt, fruits of forest compote, too much peanut butter; 2x coffee with cream
    Main meal: chicken, bacon mayo salad with avocado; mini babybel cheese
    Dessert: jelly and cream

    I’ve not been very good, still working out but eating is sliding a bit.

    Work/life are busy and following the low carb diet was expensive- especially as I’m the only one who can eat leftovers for lunch so stuff was getting binned 😨 so I’m now eating more carbs again. Will try to at least STS the next 10 days til my holiday then when I’m back I’m aiming to have two really strict weeks to kickstart it all.
