Morning all!Congratulations to all the losers(!) and STSs and forget the blip and start afresh to any temporary gainers.@Brambling please record -1lb for me.I've changed my weigh in day from Wednesday to Monday, so I'm more than happy with that. In fact, to adapt John Cleese, I fell off the wagon once - but I think I got away with it...A budget is like a speed sign - a LIMIT not a TARGET!!
CHALLENGES
2025 Declutter:
1 CONTAINER (box/bag/folder etc) per day; 50/365
1 FROG (minimum) per week; 6/52
WEIGHT I'll start with 25 lbs (though I need to lose more!) and see how it goes...🤔 0/25
2025 NSDs: 15 per MONTH - FEB 4/15; JAN 21/15
2025 Fashion on the Ration: (carried over from 2024) 10+66 = 76
2025 Make Do, Mend & Minimise No target, just remember to report!

I've got an underactive thyroid myself, so I sympathise. It's just that sometimes you have to run a bit faster to catch up with the wagon! But - last night I arranged blood and other tests at a hospital on 27 June. I don't want those to show my unhealthy diet and so am reining myself in, starting today. (At least the Easter egg was finished on Thursday!)
However I'm going out with a friend tomorrow which may scupper the one day figures but should allow for the cumulative averages to stay within bounds.

I’ve not been very good, still working out but eating is sliding a bit.
Work/life are busy and following the low carb diet was expensive- especially as I’m the only one who can eat leftovers for lunch so stuff was getting binned 😨 so I’m now eating more carbs again. Will try to at least STS the next 10 days til my holiday then when I’m back I’m aiming to have two really strict weeks to kickstart it all.
