Well done on the sts.
Saturday
Breakfast: scrambled egg and salmon: 2 coffees with cream
Main meal: bunless cheeseburger, salad and courgette fries
Dessert: strawberries and clotted cream
Supper: cream cheese stuffed jalapeño wrapped in bacon; 3 glasses milk; 2 giant chocolate buttons; vodka lime soda
Fell off the wagon first day back on lol and exceeded my calorie and carb allowance. Was going well until the jalapeño which did not turn out like the ones had in the restaurant a few weeks back. Suspect they did not use proper jalapeños.
Today
Breakfast: poached egg and bacon and ketchup, 2 x coffee with creamLunch: roast beef, gf Yorkshire pudding, gf gravy, broccoli, roasted courgettes and 2 new potatoes; 2 cups of tea with milk and 2 gf low carb cookie bites
Tea: low carb gf almond flour crackers with dip
Have not yet calculated todays totals but expect to be at upper limit of carbs and calorie allowance or over again.Back at it tomorrow.Old Style Weight Loss Challenge 2025

Morning STS but happy with that I am on a mission MFP is back on and my Fitbit and will be trying to do some exercises I am struggling with plantar at the minute but all meals are planned for the week which always helps me3

Well done.
At the start of the quarter the NHS calculator showed I was well within the Healthy Weight Range and "We suggest you maintain your weight". I still wanted to move even nearer the lower limit of the range and when I get there I thought I'd still return to this thread's successor from time to time to report that, I hope, I had not backslid. I think the nice people in this thread would be happy for me: we all know how we can yo-yo.
