Weigh day please Brambling, STS. I have managed to confuse self with pounds on/off/sticking and I’m 20lbs down this challenge not 19.5lbs. Couldn’t quite believe I’d stayed the same today so checked my start weight. Hope to loose another pound this week and finish challenge at 1 1/2 stone gone 🤞
Yesterday Summer Solstice
Breakfast: hard boiled egg x 2, sliced avocado, peanut chilli sauce; 2 creamy coffees
Meal: cheese and salami, mixed salad leaves, toms, cucumber, olive oil
Dessert: sf jelly and cream
Later: prawns with dip; chocolate dipped strawberries; 3 🙄 flutes of fizz
Today
Breakfast: Greek yoghurt, forest fruit compote, peanut butter; 2 x coffee with cream
Meal: leftover gf Yorkshire pud, gf gravy, broccoli, roasted courgette with chicken breast
Dessert: strawberries and clotted cream

Woke up thinking it was Friday today, such a disappointment when it wasn’t, lol, not that I’ve got plans this weekend, I’m trying to stay home and save pennies and calories. Hopefully this weekend will be better than last weekends attempt 🙄
Todays menu
Breakfast: omelette and mixed salad leaves; 2 coffee with cream
Lunch: deli beef slices and iceberg lettuce, toms, cukes, Dijon dressing; cup of tea with milk
Tea: prawns and spicy dip
