Been awol. I recorded another STS last week which was frustrating but this week I have hopefully turned a corner after my holiday and recorded 2lbs loss

Morning everyone another 1 pound loss pleased with that as I haven’t done much exercise and I have had a very lazy weekend I did have a piece of chocolate cake yesterday I will have to try and burn that off this week hopefully5

I went to bed without supper again last night as wasn’t hungry, perhaps I’m eating too much for my late lunch.
Today
Breakfast: Greek yoghurt and defrosted fruits of forest and peanut butter. 2x coffee w cream
Main: tuna mayo with assorted lettuce, grated carrot, cucumber and cherry tomatoes
Dessert: raspberry sf jelly and cream
Supper: anti pasti plate, fizzy water

Fate prevented me from going off the rails today. I was really looking forward to my (off the plan) Cornish pasty, until I took a bite and discovered that some culinary pervert had stuffed it with PEAS!

Well done on the losses.Stayed to the plan yesterday though had quite a lazy day and didn’t get enough steps in or any exercise.Todays plan
