    Well done on the losses. 

    Stayed to the plan yesterday though had quite a lazy day and didn’t get enough steps in or any exercise. 
    Todays plan
    Breakfast: hard boiled eggs and sliced avocado and peanut chilli sauce. 2x coffee cream
    Main meal: cajun chicken with roasted peppers and onion and sour cream, side salad
    Dessert: raspberry sugar free jelly and cream
    Supper: portobello mushrooms topped with tomato puree, pepperoni and mozzarella
