Well done on the losses.
Stayed on plan yesterday and got a lot of walking in doing the food shop. Had a mild headache last night and still not feeling great so I’m going to have a more restful day today. I don’t think I drank enough fluids yesterday so another thing to start tracking, I’ve bits of paper and sticky notes all over the place!
Todays food
Breakfast:1 egg and bacon “muffin” with sliced avocado, 2x coffee with cream.
Main meal: pan fried white fish fillet, buttered broccoli and wilted spinach, tartare sauce. No sugar jelly and cream, cup of green tea.
Supper: instant miso soup, small bowl of Greek yoghurt with frozen berry compote
My order of low carb junk food arrived today so I’ve emergency snacks if I need them over the weekend.

I only found out today that carbohydrates are called carboHYDRATES because they need a lot of water to process.
Presumably it is beneficial to stay hydrated, (?) but it would explain why some people get a drastic weight drop the first week they cut out carbs and why it goes back on so quick.
Todays food
Ham and beetroot butty. Raw cabbage. Raw carrots.
Bavarian slice.
Spaghetti, mushrooms, tomatoes, chilli, bacon, egg cheese.
I only got the Bavarian slice because I was walking in the middle of nowhere (shopwise) and was so desperately thirsty I had to take the dogs into the bakery to get a bottle of coke. I somehow persuaded myself the staff wouldn't mind as much if I bought cakes too!

Can I come back on board please? I dropped out of the last quarter - my knee basically prevented me from doing any exercise at all and I was just fed up and gave up! 🤦♀️ However, things are moving on and my mobility is returning so it's time I knuckled down and got on with it! I'm starting on Sunday- new month, new me!! 😁

Can I declare 2lbs,please? Thats great for me,since I have been steadily losing 1 lb a month forthe last 16 months so 2 lb is double. Might look small change,but with my stupid immune system sabotaging me in all ways at all times, 2lb is good. - 2lb a month I will be14st 12 at Xmas. Yay!

I got it from the "Jane Day" youtube channel, and she said that we need two or three times the weight of carbs to process them. Is this nonsense too?
She is not an expert, just an evangelical slimming worlder I came across, and I have been trying to brainwash myself with it .Maybe not such a good idea after all!
