HelloWell done losers and sts-ers.Enjoy your holiday Brie.
Weigh day today and I’ve had a whoosh. - 8 lbs please Brambling.
I started getting a bit fed up of thinking what to eat and counting/tracking around day 4. I’m going to continue this week and review after my next weigh day as can’t really gage how well it’s gone the first week. I didn’t get as much movement and exercise as I’d intended. Will definitely get more in this week.
Todays plan
Breakfast: Greek yoghurt, pineapple, kiwi fruit; 2x coffee with cream
Main meal: prawn coconut curry with sautéed spinach and lime pickle
Dessert: raspberry sf jelly
Supper: cottage cheese and prosciutto

Wow Gingerlily 👏👏 and honey you've breached your target 👏👏 well done on your STS ladies especially if you've been out and about 🙂
2lb loss for me this week 🙂 probably helped by a gout attack and tablets with icky side effects, it also helps that I can't get to the shops and self medicate with chocolate. My doctor tells me it's unusual for women to get it but my brother and one of my sisters have both had it so it can be inherited
Frith I hope you managed all your paperwork without too much frustration 🙂
