1lb off Brambling - so 5lb altogether in 3 weeks. Not the hugest of losses but as long as I’m going in the right direction I’m good with that!
2lb more to reach my first mini target of 1/2st off, if I push myself I wonder if I can get this this week?Part time working mum | Married in 2014 | DS born 2015 & DD born 2018

Right thats it I am now signed up with g00gle fit and myfitnessp4l so time to get serious! And time to stop procrastinating and do the work I need to do.
BTW Breakfast/lunch was 2 eggs, tuna, a tomato, half an onion, and toast w cheddar and onion - that worked fairly well, but I put 5 eggs into my fitness pal before I knew it and I can't remove them again - so a couple of days of learning might be required, before I perfect my calorie tracking.

Weight today 11 stone 8.5 lbs That is better. Think i am intolerant to cheese as when cooked it gives me bad smelling flatulence, i will revert to boiled eggs. Sorry most probably too much information Shame i cant use it to reduce energy bills. I already gluten intolerant now lactose intolerance. Seems the older i get the less I can eat, at this rate i will just be left with veg and nuts21k savings no debt6
