    Hi
Hope you can get some relief from the teeth pain Otb666.

    Weigh day -4lbs please Brambling.

Have talked myself into another week of counting / tracking. I’ve a history of plateauing from week 3 in my many years of yo-yo dieting, will see if current plan has same effect, 🤞 not.

    Food today
Breakfast: Fried egg and a bacon medallion, ketchup; 2 x coffee with cream
Main meal: shop bought salmon protein salad ( many leaves, lots of smoked salmon, egg, sugar snap peas, pomegranate, nice dressing )
    Dessert: strawberry sf jelly
Supper: cream cheese spread on wafer thin ham

@Gingerlily @izzeyb Thanks It feels like i have had tooth trouble since i retired in feb, They keep putting me on antibiotics then because they cant fit me in for extraction ( as so booked up ) the infection comes back and they cant extract.  He gave me 4 injections , attempted to extract, then said as still infected the injections did not work. So put me on antibiotics for next 7 days and next appoint 25/5 So will most probably be infected again. Fed up will most probably have to go private as feel my poor mouth cant take any more

Brambling, sorry to be a pain, I’ve now lost an extra 1lb, so 7lb total this quarter. I keep weighing myself at random times 2-3x a week rather than sticking to a set day 😄
