I have to report a STS - and that's possibly being slightly generous, my mechanical scales waver a little.
Unfortunately my calorie intake has been averaging more than 2000/day for a week now.
I had a night out with wine this week and will be dining out with a friend tomorrow.
Will have to try harder.

Morning All
finally moving with a loss of -3lb however am taking ds to the pictures today and so will be sitting for a couple of hours, have some low popcorn to take with me, will try and do some exercise when I get in. He has requested a certain fast food chain for breakfast but if I'm careful with my calories, should manage it. Jackets and chicken for tea. Enjoy the weekend xx'You have brains in your head. Morning all
General i find if the scales waiver it's time to get off quickly
Well done SIRENSenjoy the film. I had to smile at the 'going to the pictures' as that is what both my sister and I say and get eye rolls from the nephews as it seems it's a sign of age as no one young says that
I make a very similar chicken traybake with the chorizo as Frith and if you eat bread half way through cooking add a ciabatta roll broken into bite size pieces and lightly stir in so when it finishes you have crispy bread on top where the bottom has soaked up the juices. Or throwing in some beans (cannellini or butter) or some chickpeas.
I working this morning hopefully if all goes well we should be finish by 1.30pm (it doesn't always go well) and during that time I need to meal plan and allow for the bar of birthday chocolate which was very nice but didn't need to be eaten in one go last night

Hi
Well done on the losses and sts’s.
Ciabatta in the tray bake sounds scrumptious, will see if I can get something gluten free to work.
