Millicent I've spent many a time over the years fighting the seagulls for fish and chips on Looe harbour. I hope you got your pasty from the small pasty shop never the harbour (The Pasty Shop) we were disappointed last year as they had to shut to isolate and we missed our treat, the best in Looe 😋46,484 > 0(January)

Late lunch (out): jalapeño pepper stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon; spinach and cheese quiche minus the pastry which wasn’t gluten free, huge quantity of mixed leaves with mayo and half a salty tomato.
Supper (still out): chicken satay sticks and a few crisps
Plus 4 ☺️ flutes of sparkly wine in betweenI had to estimate quantities for tracking, it was a very calorific day much of which was the wine 🙄 and I’m out for food and drinks tomorrow also.Old Style Weight Loss Challenge 2025

I think I'm going to start following the Cornish pasty diet Millicent 👏 well done on passing your stone award 🥇
Sunfl0w3r I hope you had a great holiday
Today I ended up eating out at lunch and dinner (I forgot dinner plans when I made lunch plans) 😬a few days to make good. The menu tonight had calories which I don't approve of, a good way of ruining a meal
after lunch sandwich and a few chips I only wanted a main but it was certainly a eye opener and I don't calorie count but 1000 calories for salad or 1800 for pork belly !!
i had a very nice sea bass at about 700
