The weekend was slightly off plan here - nothing major but I took three days off working out as I was sore and really, really tired (mainly as had to take my 3yo to A&E in the middle of Friday night - all ok now!!). And my husband made deep fried chicken strips, a Chinese sweet chilli sauce and rice for dinner last night which is not on plan 😂 but I had lots of veg with it.Fully back on the wagon today though:
B - strawberry & banana smoothie
L - cashew chicken curry
S - 30g nuts
W - CrossFit style gym class (practising handstands today which I can’t do yet 😂 then a very hard two part workout)
D - minestrone soup and half an apple (the other half of my 6yo’s apple; my 3yo didn’t want her half so I didn’t want to waste it!)Part time working mum | Married in 2014 | DS born 2015 & DD born 2018

Weigh day + 0.5lb please Brambling.
Was expecting a bigger gain after 3 days over my allowance window this week so not too bad.
I got much more movement in this week, 2 hilly walks, 2 flat walks and a swim.Onto week 5 and the plan is to add in some resistance exercises, continue walking. All the counting and tracking is beyond tedious and time consuming but I’ve talked myself into another week to get back on track.
Today
Breakfast: scrambled egg with salmon; 2 coffees with cream
Main meal: stir fry with beef, spinach, mushrooms, red pepper, ginger, chilli, tamari;
Dessert: raspberry jelly and cream

Brunch: Greek yoghurt with pineapple and peanut butter; 2 coffees with creamTea: butter lettuce with pesto chicken, roasted red pepper and mushrooms, feta cheese, basil leaves and extra v.olive oil, using up opened bits in the fridge
Dessert: raspberry jelly and cream
