    Hi
    Well done on losses and stss.

    Today 
    Breakfast: egg & bacon medallion and mushrooms; 2 coffees with cream
    Main meal: pan fried creole spiced fish with fried tomatoes and creamy parmesan spinach 
    Supper/dessert: Greek yoghurt with peanut butter 

    Bit of a fried food day today, not the healthiest of choices!

    Can I declare 2 lbs for May,making it 4/5lbs. Rubbish thyroid makes any weight loss a challenge,but its all progress. Started year 16 st 3 lbs,now 15st 10 lbs.
    Perhaps I could up my target to 6lbs for this quarter to encourage me? that would make me 4/6 :)

    A using things up day.

    Brunch - sliced roast chicken with avocado, tomato and the last bit of the jar of aubergine.

    Tea - omelette with cubed roast chicken plus sun dried tomato.
