    Hi
    Well done on the losses.
    Enjoy your holiday Angelica123.

    Saturday
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with smoked salmon; 1x coffee with cream
Late lunch early dinner ( at restaurant/bar): chicken tikka, cucumber, tomatoes, shredded red and green cabbage, onion, mint sauce, 2 dessert spoons of keema matar and a scant amount of mango chutney and lime pickle.
Thought I’d done well with the food especially avoiding the poppadoms then the one flute of fizz turned into 4 🙄 and I had a handful of ready salted crisps for supper though did well to stop at the one handful.

    Today
Breakfast: Greek yoghurt, fruits of the forest and a smidgen of peanut butter. 1x coffee with cream
Packed lunch / tea: protein roll ( eggs and flour) with cream cheese and smoked salmon; a cold chipolata sausage; chunk of Cheshire cheese; salami slices
    Supper: mug of vegetable soup

Brunch - omelette with sun dried tomatoes and a bit of cheese

Tea - will be the base of a hm spinach and mushroom lasagne but just chese sauce and no lasagne sheets. Still trying to use up stuff from the freezer!

Will weigh tomorrow. Size 18 trousers (and 16 tops) are now too big but strangely the next size down are too small.
