Hi I'll just keep my glory from last weekend and not weigh in this week, have students staying and am driving to work so no running and driving to work. Not great, but I am really trying to be sensible. Also my scales are in the room where students are staying - my main excuse. Congrats to everybody who's a bit more consistent!Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

I am reporting a one pound loss please, brambling. I am quite pleased with that, because the fortnight covered a spell in bed, then a celebration, so better than expected.
Todays plan.
Bolognaise. (I blobbed Philadelphia lightest on it instead of a cheese mountain. It was fine. (I prefer the mountain)
All bran. Orange.
Beans. Possibly on a spud.

Didn’t weigh in last Friday as usual as I was sat on Looe harbour eating fish & chips (followed by a Cornish pasty😱).
I have been good since coming back so hoping for better things at this week’s weigh in!46,484 > 0(January)

Here is a purse of moneys... which I'm not going to give to you.6 -
Lunch - mug of homemade vegetable and lentil soup
Tea - roast chicken breast plus a leek and an apple fried up, just to use them up!4 -
Well on the losses and STS - I'm also recording a STS this week which isn't what I wanted but what I deserved
Millicent I've spent many a time over the years fighting the seagulls for fish and chips on Looe harbour. I hope you got your pasty from the small pasty shop never the harbour (The Pasty Shop) we were disappointed last year as they had to shut to isolate and we missed our treat, the best in Looe 😋
