    Sounds like you’re doing well @otb666 🙂

Still on plan, had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs for breakfast (the eggs were free from our hens, which only slightly offsets the salmon - it was on offer though!).

I was naughty and stepped on the scales this morning and have lost another 1lb since Friday. I’m keen to keep an eye that it’s going in the right direction as there’s no point paying the premium for the expensive food I’m eating if it doesn’t work! That said, I’m feeling good on it - much more energy and only the odd time where I’ve found it a bit hard and felt quite hungry!

    Just weighed myself and I'm 14 stones 10. That's a new record.

My dad is 15 stones but he's 6 feet 4!

Starting the BSD again tomorrow. Now have in excess of 4 stones to lose...

Would it be easier to chunk out the weight Frith rather than looking at 4 stone or are you a tear the plaster of kind of person?

Bluegreen I buy smoke salmon trimmings which are cheaper, unless I'm trying to be posh 😁

Have a good week everyone  <3

@Brambling - I'm not sure, really. I've only ever had to lose 2 stones or so before!
