Tea - Kyiv chicken (homemade with boursin) with purple sprouting broccoli
Have also made BSD tomato sauce to use in various meals in the future.5 -

W - CrossFit style gym class
Slightly hurt my arm at the gym (not badly but it’s twinging slightly now) so luckily have a rest day planned tomorrow.Part time working mum of DS (2015) and DD (2018).

I have finally got my "you know what" into gear and am reporting a five pounds loss please, Brambling.

Todays food
Beef curry/brown basmati rice.
Roast chicken, spuds green beans sprouts carrots gravy giant Yorkshire pud.
This might be something the whole world already knows, but I have only just thought of it. I just emptied a can of spuds into the air fryer thingy with a squirt of frylight and it makes super little roast potatoes without the fat.

you've got this Honey almost got you target already 😁. I make chips in the AF with new potatoes it have never thought of using tinned potatoes, I may have to buy a tin as it's not something I usually have 🤔

I’m clambering back aboard. Fell off with a big thud partway through the first quarter. Gained 6 1/2 lbs since then and am currently around 14.9 stone the highest I’ve been.
Could you please put me down for -10lbs for this quarter Brambling.
I’ve finally accepted I’m going to have to weigh and track again especially carbs, it worked when I did it last year. I’ve dug out my activity tracker wristband and that’s charging, I’ll be wearing from tomorrow to see if I can increase my activity levels above sedentary.
Todays menu plan
Breakfast: 2 egg scramble and chopped tomatoes, 2 x coffee with milk
Main meal: tuna steak, steamed broccoli, sweet chilli sauce, side salad (lettuce, red & yellow bell peppers, small crumbling of feta and a splash of aged balsamic). Tea with milk
Late afternoon: cup of green tea, small square chocolate
Supper: sugar free strawberry jelly, fruit. Tea with milk

I'm very late reporting my result from the Monday weigh in. I lost 1lb this week. I feel I am on track again now.
