Hi
Well done losers and STS-ers.
Day 1 went well, I thought I’d have more cravings than I did. I got a couple of sessions in on the rebounder so probably around 5 minutes in total!
Menu today
Breakfast: A couple of egg bacon “muffins”, cherry tomatoes, coffee with milk
Mid morning: iced coffee with milk
Main meal: 1/2 a shop bought salad ( rocket, rice, quinoa, crayfish, mango, carrot, very nice dressing) with some extra prawns and mixed salad leaves. Tea with milk x2
Supper: salami, prosciutto, cheddar cheese cubes; sugar free jelly with cream; cup of green tea.

@Brambling yep i totally confused myself with kg (which i was not used to ) Happier doing it in stones and lbs. I have been 10.5 stone and under for 54 years Then somehow went to over 12 stone in last 2 years. I am now 11 stone 11 lbs which seems to remain the same daily even though i dont eat much. I think I will be a long time getting to 11 stone 2lbs But as long as I dont go up is the main thing for me Thank you for all the support here makes me accountable.
