Take care of yourself, Kerry_Woman. Hugs.Today I am grateful for seeing the milometer move to 70000, for my 25g pack of prawn cocktail crisps being chocka full and more than double the weight it should be, for making a small bonfire, for catching up with an old friend, for dc enjoying time with their friend, for finding very reduced gf hot X buns and a tiger loaf in the c00 p.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!10

Hugs @Kerry_Woman.
NSD, maybe #7?
Did a new exercise routine, haven't done any for a few weeks, but think I could do this one regularly. Spent the morning shortening 3 pairs of trousers & a dress, then thought after dinner I'd take in the waist of a pair of trousers, only to discover there were 2 pairs in the bag & they each had to be taken in 7"!!!! Had to unpick nearly the whole pair, before putting it back together again 🤯 took me 2.5hrs & still have another pair to do! Decided enough was enough, it was 4.30 & I was going to go outside & feel some sun in my face. Sat on the bridge over our pond & read my book, then came inside & finished it. Did the ironing after tea & packaged up the memory bears ready for posting. Back to work tomorrow...
Grateful for hearing a bee buzzing round the flowers near our pond, the feeling after my back cracked whilst laying on the bridge after sitting bent over all day, & that I completed an exercise routineUse it up, wear it out
Make do or do without!
If you see someone without a smile, give them one of yours 😃

Hugs, kerry_woman, give yourself some tlc.
Parked outside local riverside town and walked along the wild track. Wanted to see the excavation work they are doing on a day when the diggers are on holiday. A couple of new large pond areas exvacated and the soil piled into large mounds. Unfortunately this quiet, little-used track is being made into a wide cycle path so things will sadly change. It's been so lovely to avoid the busy tracks into town and see wild deer grazing and herons about.
Adult DS has asked if I can help find a dentist to look at his teeth and see if one particular one needs to come out as he can't eat at the moment. NHS dentists hard to find round here so I'll ring tomorrow and see what my dental surgery says.
Still on 3NSD and might not achieve any more this month. Eaten far too much chocolate over the weekend.
OH having trouble with his training shoes/socks today being too tight and his feet feeling on fire. Turns out he washed his socks on 60 deg while I was away so they've probably shrunk several sizes. He has a trip to the retail park planned for new ones tomorrow while I'm at work.
Gratitudes: A lovely long weekend, sunshine, sitting in the garden under the parasol, chocolate, managing to make a strange looking Easter tree and putting my Easter decorations out on the bay window. X

Take care kerrywoman
apple - i love tiger loaves - my c00p often has them in the YS section
Thrifty - a bridge over a pond sounds lovely - i have pond envy!
I've been a bit spendy today - I went out for the day with DD1 and her boyfr, bought a few things for lunch; also paid for accomm for DD2's F2F graduation next month and treated myself to a couple of skirts in Sainz online.
Have tackled a frog for one of my PT jobs - involved phoning the bank then using the chatbot then chatting online to an agent - took 40 minutes but finally resolved the issue
Had leftovers for tea and watched TV.
Gratitudes - lovely day out with DD1 and her boyfr; ticking 2 big tasks off my to do list; chilling with my cats while eating half an easter egg
love Deni x
