Call me old-fashioned but the last thing I'd find fun late on a Saturday night is to go through the trauma of taking a selfy Chase approve of. Last time I was taking them for an hour or more, and it only worked after reinstalling the app. So I ignored it and have heard nothing since.
Anyone else been asked, or know why they ask for it?

Internal transfers not going through at the moment. Trying to transfer £50 from 1.5% account to current account but although I get a message confirming transfer has gone through, the balance is not updating.1

is there a way to have interest from the saver paid into another current account with a bank?0

People don't seem super happy with Chase? I'm in two minds here.On one hand I'm saving for a mortgage so have some spare money sitting in a 0% HSBC current account doing nothing so the 1.5% would be nice. Easy access seems like the best choice in this scenario as I don't want to see the perfect house but then be unable to get my money out of an account. The likelyhood of this happening in a year is slim but it might happen. On the other hand is the interest on a few thousand worth it if I'm withdrawing in under a year and could a locked in 1 year account be worth the risk for a couple of hundred more in interest over the year?I've a few questions that might sway me:1) Is there a physical debit card that I can use for the cashback bonus? And is this linked to savings account or current account?2) Theres an image on the website (I've copied it in) saying that you can set savings goals. What are each of these accounts? Are these separate accounts for your savings goals or all linked into one account still? And does that affect any interest/ rewards?

All the information you need is on the link below.
And I am very happy with Chase.

Edit. I see that you have already visited their website, but also that others have now given you some answers.0 -
Trying to keep it simple.
First you get a current account.
Then on the main page click add.
Choose second option. Start saving, with the 1.5%.
Then name the account.
You can open multiple accounts and name them how you want.
You get a card delivered in about 7-10 days.
The card is blank, to get the numbers go into the app and click the blue card and select see details.

Savings Pots - Yes individual accounts - own account numbers for direct payments and very easy transfers between your own accounts (immediate or scheduled). Interest is paid monthly into each sub-account separately.Arch0 -
Personally I couldn't be happier with Chase. Clear app, easy to transfer money in and out and a decent interest rate.
Creating upto 10 saving pots is brilliant, something I've done for decades in savings accounts, only I kept a written split.
Yes, you get a physical mastercard linked to your spending account, which attracts no interest, but you do get 1% cashback. I transfer money in when needed.0
