    Evening all

Out early in the frost to Mr S for the first half of the main shop. Out after lunch to Mr T for the second half. First ride in the new car. Mr LH is still a bit unsure so I have suggested he goes out several times until he is more confident especially as he will be using it to tow the caravan. He hasnt towed for a long while so will need local practice until he does his first festival in May.

It is still cold as I think everyone else is. We have a yellow warning for snow on Thursday but I dont think it will happen and is more likely to be rain.

I have sold an item today so will brave the cold again tomorrow to go to the P.O. This is the first thing I have listed for a while so pleased its gone quickly.

The last of the mammoth wash put away but there is a little bit of ironing to do at some point.

Not an exciting day but the main shop is completed for the week. I will have to get a joint later as the only pork joints  Mr T had were too big for us us but not big enough to cut in half. I might try the shops near the P.O. tomorrow.

    Have a good evening.

Were they of a size that would fit in your slow cooker?  If you can get it cooked then its worth getting whatever size you can and the cooked leftovers can be frozen in the gravy, or with gravy separate  to be easy meals later on
