A second vote for heated gloves.  In the car yesterday I was blowing air into my gloves my fingers were so cold.  I have found the last couple of days even with the heating as normal that my "mouse" hand has been quite cold, colder than normal.

    Evening all

I am still looking at heated gloves but cant decide what to get so will need to research a bit more.

Bear has been out for his usual walks. Behaved quite well on them.

Mr LH checked over the scooter when we had been out so I hoovered the lounge and upstairs.

The washing from yesterday is still a bit damp so that is a tomorrow job.

3 sales on ebay, just need to wait for payment. Some listing done but most of my time has been watching Shetland on Iplayer as I am trying to watch all 9 series. Its not the kind of thing that Mr LH watches so I have to see things when I can.

Roast chicken dinner cooked eaten and cleared away. Now watching the next episode of Shetland while Mr LH watches Dr No for the umpteenth time.

    Have a good evening.

    Evening all

Nothing much to say tonight. Another night when I hardly slept for worrying so at 3am I emailed the land agent asking what is going on. I did get an answer of sorts and apparently they are hoping to complete the sale of the land by 30th April this year. That is, of course, if the pipe is deep enough to satisfy the water company otherwise there will be some hard negotiating as I am not prepared to give up about a third of the garden for their access because this will render the house unsaleable as they will have to cut down trees so it will become part of the building site. It looks as though the dig wont start until February not the start of January as they originally said.

3 items sold and posted yesterday and I have watchers on several auction items which end on Sunday so hopefully I will have more sales then. I have started to sort out some stuff for a job lot. Mr LH says it is the wrong time of year but I do know there are indoor car boots near here and some people will be looking for new stuff for Easter so I am hoping. It wont go on for a few weeks anway but I can have it ready to go. I must check the date of Easter.

Main shop today and Tesco has improved or I am getting used to the new layout. I still think it doesnt make sense for shoppers but getting used to finding the fastest way round the store.

We have had a quote to clean out the guttering for our house and our neighbour as we both have greenery growing in them. There are an incredible number of pigeons here plus seagulls who all drop stup onto the roof which fills the guttering.

Thats enough whittering for tonightand I am off to watch the next episode of Shetland. I am up to series 8 so only one more to go to get up to date.

    Have a good evening.

Easter seems quite late this year - not until mid April.
