  • Might be worth sending an email to the council in case they're building up an anti social behaviour file on him!
Hope the appointment goes well today

Just a quick one. Bear was an absolute star with the blood test. They took it from his neck and he never moved despite having his muzzle held by me. I have at last received an explanation of why it was needed. Apparently many rescues in eastern Europe don't carry out the test properly probably because they are so overwhelmed with dogs that they just want to re-home them as quickly as possible. Our vets have had cases of dogs being found to be positive despite previous testing before import.

Poor Bear is not feeling brilliant as the mild sedation he has had is still affecting him. He still managed to chase a fly though.😄

Glad it went well and you've got an explanation.

    Morning All

Not much to report for yesterdat. PO visit and more listing done. 1 item sold which I will post tomorrow.

The outstanding thing for the day was a phone call from the vet to say they had forgotten to charge postage on Bears blood test and I owe them £3.85! It probably cost them that much in staff time to ring me plus the phone call.  This after paying £120 for the test and sedatives. I told them I would be in sometime but to be honest I am not going to rush so depending whether I have a lot of sales over the weekend or not I will go in on Monday or it will have to wait until I come home from bils on Wednesday so that will make it Thursday.

Got some cleaning done and will try to do some more today and I think that was yesterday.

Have a lovely day. The sun is shining here and if you like the warmer weather I hope it is where you are.
