    Evening all.

Almost all the stuff brought back fro bils has been found a home mainly in my bedroom which has elastic walls Listing started again and 2 items are to be posted in the morning. Some things need washing before they are lsted so it will take time but there is no rush.

The house clearance man told I was accepting his quote and I will phone him tomorrow to arrange dates. I am hoping to leave it until the beginning of September which will give me a break from going down and Bear a break from me going missing.

A bit cooler today and managed to reduce the temperature in the lounge to 23.5 although it is warmer in the rest of the house. Unfortunatelly it is now back up to 27 and rather unpleasant. We also got Bear out for his usual lunchtime walk.

Nothing else for today so have a good evening.

I forgot to say I have receive an email from the alarm company demanding money when I received a letter last week confirming the account was closed from mid July and payment is made in advance. I have written a steming email back as I am sick of them not knowing what they are doing. A ridiculous company and my advice for anyone wanting an alarm would be to avoid the ones tha are large well known companies.

Hope you are feeling better now.

I agree about the news, it's crass, and just leave the families to grieve their tragic loss.  The constant coverage just hypes up those vile individuals causing trouble as well.

I totally agree with you about the media coverage. An incident happened to my family 30 yrs ago we had reporters and tv crew knocking on our door it was awful , even turned up at the funeral .

    That's awful. So intrusive!

    Evening all.
Sorry been awol again for a few days. The warmer weather really isnt good for me. I go to bed exhausted, go to sleep quite well and wake up 2 hours later and then lie awake for a couple of hours so end up with about 5 hours sleep which isnt enough for me. Then during the day I cant move without struggling to breathe. Mr LH is bnagging me to do stuff and just doesnt get that its not I dont want to its that I physically cant. Mind he did ask if he could do anything after shopping. Sheme I had almost finished putting it all away amd our kitchen is not big enough for me to be putting things away and him making tea which would have been useful.

The very good news for today is that Bears blood test for brucellosis canis has come back negative so one worry out of the way.

The house clearance is booked for the start of September. so Bear gets a break from me being away and I get a break from the travelling.

I think my main acheivement is weeding the small strip of gravel in the front garden so that looks better. The next job will be chopping the huge rhododendrom by the front door back before it takes over entirely.

My friend friend from Scotland phoned this evening as she is down visting family so I am meeting her in town tomorrow. I am totally confused by the bus timetable  though as according to the timetable it stops in the town centre one way but going the other it only goes to the station which is is fair walk for me so I will have to go in early and have a look at the bus stop or ask to see if I can find out where I should meet her.  I will also have a couple of parcels to post.

Thealarm compnay have kindly sent ,me a statement but still no information as what what dates they want me to pay for or what it is for. I have written a complaint with the word complaint on the envelope in large letters and addressed  it to the CEO or whoever is in charge. I have also said I will not engage with them until I get the requested information.  I have tried to find the CEOs name but google gives two two different people. Very annoying. It doesnt help it is an American company.

I think thats probably bored you enough for today. Have a good evening.

Great news about Bear’s test results 🥳

That alarm company is shocking 😡 Gave you tried looking them up on Companies House website, usually a good source of information.

Glad you found a good quote for the house clearance in the end.
