Forgot to add my meals yesterday so here goes. Breakfast - oats & fruit, lunch - houmas, salad b&b, dinner- baked bean on toast & a slice of bacon. Snacks grapes, natural yoghurt and a slice of bread - no butter.

Evening all.

Went to Li** for mushrooms and milk and bought some cumcumber seeds for 49p.  I havent had much luck with them in previous years but I am going to make sure they are a decent size before putting them outside. I think the slugs got them last year and the year before.

Lounge hoovered and dusted. Washing put away and I have been practising puttin bears harness on without bending over. He is not keen as it involves me sitting on the stairs so he is facing the wrong way but he will get used to it and its only for a couple of weeks. I have money put away for new glasses which I will need in a couple of weeks.
Only got to pack what I need, peel the potatoes and do the stew in the morning plus make a sandwich. I have boiled an egg so will eat it outside the bus station so I dont offend anyone with the smell. There is a bakery right outside the bus station but in the interest of economy I will avoid it.

Meals today. Breakfast - oats and fruit, lunch - sardines and b& b, dinner - baked beans on toast with bacon and boiled egg.

I might not get on here tomorrow it depends how I feel. Should be ok but possibly very tired.

Good luck for the procedure. Someone I work with had her eye done recently and she is thrilled with the results, and kicking herself that she put it off for so long.
