It has been widely reported on this forum that CCBC are significantly behind with their caseload, three works or so! ?When you sent the DQ, did you receive an auto-acknowledgement and did you send copy to claimant?2

Update:
Received an email for a mediation appointment.
Going to go ahead and decline and await the discontinuation.Looks like on the DQ the mediation was ticked on “yes”. D’oh!Here is what I’m planning to say:
To whom it may concern,
Thank you for your email.I can confirm the mediation is NOT suitable for this case and I wish to decline the appointment.I believe that further clarification and evidence regarding the alleged violation are necessary to effectively engage in any form of resolution discussion. Therefore, I do not believe that it is appropriate to negotiate without all these factors.Thank you.Regards,
I want to improve this response. I mean I was never give the official invoice, nor the following one. I never had to a chance to appeal. And to be honest I don’t think I need to pay at all due to a broken down car!
Any help would be appreciated.1 -
Can you answer "yes" to all three questions? Obviously not, so your response should be as appropriate.4

Update:
Received a without prejudice email. To my old email, under my old name.Tempted to say that I will accept a settle…for zero pounds!!!
They’re offering £210.I might also point out that they have outdated details.Hopefully a discontinuation will be on its way soon as well.Edit: will ignore this offer of course as well. But need I remind them of my actual details?0 -
