According to the claim history, the last thing that's happened is the defence which I submitted. Nothing on the portal indicates that a DQ has been sent. It must be the delays, but will keep an eye on it daily.
No response from landowner either. Not expecting one in all honesty.0 -
Update:
Received an email from DCB Legal. Attached is the claimant’s N180 DQ as expected. No DQ received from my end though. MCOL hasn’t updated with any mention of a DQ either. How long should I wait for my DQ at this point?0 -

Update:
Hi folks, it’s been a while. Received the DQ at last.I think I will go ahead and download the N180 DQ and send it to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk and then send a copy to the claimant as well.
I’ve moved address and my name has changed- would that cause any issue? Will I have to send extra documents or anything?0 -
You MUST contact the Claimant, their solicitor and the court to tell them to "erase" your old address/name and to update their details with your current/new address/name. The word "erase" is highlighted for a reason, so use that word.
When you email your copy of the N180, address it to both the CCBC and the claimant (or their solicitor if they're using one) and also either CC or BCC to yourself. Don't send separate emails to the CCBC and the claimant. By sending to both in one email and CC or BCCing yourself you have proof that it was sent and received.2 -
Yes attach proof of address and name change so you have proved you are the same person.
And in your email, require the CCBC, the local allocated court and the Claimants and their legals (all) to erase the old data.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all, I had sent the DQ on 7th August, but the MCOL hasn't updated. It shows that the claimant filed the DQ on the same day that the DQ was sent however. Is this normal?0
