MSE Parking Ticket Appeals Guide feedback

Having just spent the weekend with an old school friend who is a DJ. I had some good discussions with him and was surprised that he was not aware of the incoming PPCoP or at least that it was an Act of Parliament.
He deals with hundreds of these robo-claims every month. The main thing of interest I learnt from our talks was how much or little prep the judge puts into these cases. They literally spend 5-10 minutes max reading the defences or witness statements and most DJs, according to him don't really like long statements that run to many pages with lots of case studies. The best bit of advice he gave me was to make sure that the main point of defence should be in the first couple of paragraphs and should be punchy and to the point. He was quite amused when I mentioned "judge bingo".9 -
Having just spent the weekend with an old school friend who is a DJ.At first read, I thought you had mates in the nightclub business! 😄Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

PPCs WS is short, badly written and just keeps mentioning the same point over and over.I hope I don’t get shafted for being too thorough.
