Breaking news from the Government could be bad for us. Neil O'Brian has gone, and looks like Gove is on the way. O'Brian in particular seemed to know the real situation with PPCsThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.5

Levelling up has been levelled down - but we don't know who is coming in and they might be better, more aware and blessed with common sense.2

It means our rationale and examples to show why £130 and £100 is too high, and that £50 is easily a credible deterrent and perfectly viable within an agile business model, need to be very compelling.
As for the false added £70, we need to be rehearsing all those arguments and gathering evidence from other small 'debt' DRA models which deduct a percentage and don't have a whole self-styled 'PCN DRA' and robo-claim industry rapaciously feeding off it and causing Default CCJs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Gove's gone - SACKED!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Given where we are in this, and the run off to be Prime Minister, I did find it interesting that in looking back at the second reading of Sir Greg Knight's bill, the government support was expressed by the then Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, a certain Mr Rishi Sunak.
Possibly a good ally in a very high place ?The pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.5 -

Looks like nothing much is moving, or likely to move. Davison is leaving politics so I can't see her doing much!3

Sorry, not how I read the Minister's response. Is the Judicial Review actually active? Why do commentators suggest it will be 12mths or more before any meaningful action is seen?
