As to whether I'll get a Child & Co. card, I don't know - If this whole online/offline is still something they do, I don't appear on CRAs yet, so I imagine I wouldn't be trusted with an offline card - but we'll see. Hoping I at least get the chequebookIf you want me to definitely see your reply, please tag me @forumuser7 Thank you.

Has anyone with a Drummonds or Child and Co account successfully upgraded to the fee paying Premier Reward Black account? (Without being eligible for premier on income etc)0

@Marchitiello did. You'll be reissued with a debit card as if you'll get a new design, but in fact it'll be the same Drummonds/Child & Co that all applicants get.

Pretty sure @Marchitiello was eligible for premier..
I upgraded too - I think it was an automated income check and then the PRM reached out to introduce herself (and interview me!)0 -
Sorry yeah I didn't see that. I think NWG are strict on their requirements (which are already higher than HSBC and Barclays). Can't imagine the sort code the account is held at makes a jot of difference with that.1

It successfully allowed me to select Child & Co. using an iPad on safari
But I can confirm the form did not work overnight.2 -

I am pleased to report that despite being someone with no credit history (was concerned re online/offline) I have today received a Child & Co. Branded physical card.If you want me to definitely see your reply, please tag me @forumuser7 Thank you.

I much prefer the Child brand over Drummonds, and I keep the account as a spare for now but put the odd bit of money in just to keep it active.1 -

Either way, for the OP question I don't think there's any material difference between upgrading to PBR/PR. The Premier element (and check) are the same.0
