Child & Co RBS Branch to close

Last night I requested a replacement debit card for my Child & Co current account. This morning I received notification the the new card was ready and could be added to Google Pay. When I go to ‘card details’ in the RBS app it shows the generic RBS card, and I can still swipe to the old card which shows the Child& Co branding. When I add it to Google Pay it is the Child & Co card we all know and love. I can’t remember if the app always shows a generic RBS card. Can someone else with a Child & Co account confirm, please?

From memory Childs/Drummonds Mastercards appear as generic RBS ones in the app to begin with but then show a design matching the physical/digital wallet version a couple of days later.

I don't think there are any Visas out there any more, but when there was these showed a generic RBS design in the app.

I think you may be right..

when I was first officially upgraded to Premier I was issued another card and when it was issued it was showing as a generic RBS Premier card in the app, however once I receive it (it was Drummonds branded) and manually added it to my Apple Wallet, it also reflected the branding.

let us know what card you receive at the end. BTW, both my Debit Cards, for C&C and D, shows as branded in my RBS app right now.
