Quick question please regarding Oxbury bank, I have 10 days left to fund my two-year fix savings account, but I first wanted to see if anyone knew whether this means I have 10 days to make lump sum payment or can I make several as long as it's within the 10 days?I've emailed Oxbury, but they will take a day or 2 to respond0

You can make as many deposits as you like within the funding window.pw23 said:Quick question please regarding Oxbury bank, I have 10 days left to fund my two-year fix savings account, but I first wanted to see if anyone knew whether this means I have 10 days to make lump sum payment or can I make several as long as it's within the 10 days?I've emailed Oxbury, but they will take a day or 2 to respond1 -
I'm trying to add more to my Oxbury but my deposit window is until tomorrow and a withdrawal I have requested might not come through until afterwards 😭0

I also noticed there is no maturity date which is rather important. I sent £1 which took a while to show. I sent a secure message on the 16th and another the next day, neither have been replied to. I telephoned them yesterday evening and was put in a queue. Over 50 minutes later with no answer I gave up. I sent another secure message today basically saying what I have said here and that with the lack of response I do not feel confident sending a large deposit. I opened the 3 year fix before the rate dropped and with my experience of them so far I will not be funding it other than the £1 which I hope they send back. There was an option to transfer out of the fixed which I was surprised to see. I tried transferring the £1 out and it failed. Why give the option if you cannot transfer out.0

Thanks, and do you know whether I need to include a reference code, as it asked for it on my HSBC app When setting up the payment, but I don't have one that I can see on the Oxbury app0

Not required. If compulsory you could put your name again.pw23 said:Thanks, and do you know whether I need to include a reference code, as it asked for it on my HSBC app When setting up the payment, but I don't have one that I can see on the Oxbury app1 -
As your Oxbury account number is unique to you, the payment reference is optional. I called mine 'Oxbury 2 year bond' to make the account easy to identify in online banking, as I've been making multiple payments into it.pw23 said:Thanks, and do you know whether I need to include a reference code, as it asked for it on my HSBC app When setting up the payment, but I don't have one that I can see on the Oxbury app0 -
I opened up a second account with JN when logged in, it showed immediately. I did message them as the first deposit did not show after 3 days. It took 2 days to respond, saying they had been "doing maintenance". It had been credited.Blugosi said:I have messaged them about this , and to date have had no reply .
If you messaged by "secure message" it may take a couple of days to get a reply.1 -

Martin Lewis.
NS&I targets unchanged (it was predicted to rise) so don't expect it to do bumper rates #AutumnStatement (it's in the background docs)
