By accessing his name and reading recent replies , or reading today's posts like we do , like I just did with your thread , you won't learn much without reading more discussions , especially those where experts have repliedGreenhaze said:Sorry how do I find Bargepole proposed paragrapth?2 -
Thanks Le_Kirk since I've already filled with the court does the supplementary witness statement have a dead line or can it just be email to the court 24hrs before the hearing?0

Submit as soon as possible - don't forget to send to claimant as well.3

Sent to the court and sent to the other side. Just have to wait now till my day in court. Any curve balls I'm likely to get from the other side between now and then?1

An offer to settle ... shortly before they discontinue the claim

Well no such luck, arrived at the court this morning and still going ahead. If the other party is attending do they need to inform me?0
-
No, but they might introduce themselves to you in the waiting area, or the court usher might point them out to you. Be polite, but no need to engage in any conversation with them, don't accept any paperwork they might hand over. Tell them that you would prefer they show it to the Judge in the hearing room before handing it over.Greenhaze said:Well no such luck, arrived at the court this morning and still going ahead. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
