I have an email from the legal land owner giving the claimant explicit instructions to cancel the PCN which the managing agent was also CC in, explaining that they have no contract with the claimant, but was ignored and continued to pursue me down this path.

My questions is this exhibit is under my heading the The Contract, which is a third of the way down in my WS. Should I be putting this up at the top and making it apparent to the judge straight away?
    I think I would !! But it's your choice , your case !!

Landowner authority , or not , is a core term of this topic , then signage , followed by the laws , followed by everything else

As ever, check the @Nosy and @jrhys threads to see their WSs - what you seek is likely in one (or both) of those. :)

  • Forgive me but when you click on those usernames I can't seem to navigate to the threads in questions as when you click on the post it just brings up other names?

Click on their 'Discussions' tab and you will find all the threads they have opened. In Nosy's case there are just 5, which you will then find near the foot of the page. Open what looks to be the most relevant one and read that. If not that one, try another.

  • I see the issue I'm using a phone and that option wasn't there thank you.

Just had an email from county court as I asked when is my dead line for my bundle as its not on my paper work and they have said 3 clear working days from the court date. Does this sound right to you as was under the impression it was 14?

Topics like this absolutely must not be handled using a mobile device (phone or tablet) ... you need to be using a proper computer for this.

Normally 14. Check the back page of the Court Order you've received.  I'd be working on 14.

You cannot hope to defend any case using a mobile phone!

3 days is often for the compiled bundle prior to the (remote) hearing.

  • I'm not defending a case from a mobile or a laptop it is in person. I'm using the phone only for the purpose of raising questions as I'm at work.

The back page of the court paper is blank, there is no mention of date needed for my papers. The person who has sent me the email from the court is well aware that this is an in person attendance. She has stated 3 clear days to the court and the other party.
