Unfortunately yes, I received a CCC in December for PCN issued by UKPC which I knew nothing about and was issued on my vehicle over 4 years ago for parking for on my own bay. Never received a NTK as was being sent to the address at the same location of the PCN as I had sold and moved out 8 days later.  I will start this topic on a new thread as my defence will be very different from this one used with PCM.
