The back page of the court paper is blank, there is no mention of date needed for my papers. The person who has sent me the email from the court is well aware that this is an in person attendance. She has stated 3 clear days to the court and the other party.A mobile is okay for 'c u l8r' craptalk, but not for addressing the requirements of the court. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I agree, mobile phones are unfit for use on this forum. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.3

I am fully that a mobile is not fit the purpose of making documents or defending my case in court. I have compiled all my ws, defence, exhibits ect.. on my PC. I was using my phone today since I don't have access to my laptop at work to simple ask questions on this forum as its easier for me.
Back to my main point is that of the 3 days by the court which has thrown me since I was under the assumption that its 14 not 3. What I don't want to happen is file 3 days before the court and the claimant argue over it and throw out my whole evidence?1 -

A phone is ok for a question but not navigation of the forum , you are trying both and failing on the research side , questions maybe , research , definitely not ! I have done IT for many years and can guarantee that a mobile phone does not give full internet access , so can be a bad tool to use apart from the usual non critical topics
Ideally , never use a mobile phone , especially for crucial points like when it's about your WS bundle. !!
As for the badgering over deadlines , they may say 3 days , but the standard practice is 14 days , especially for in person hearings
We are giving you our opinions , not legal advice
My opinion is do the proper bundle 14 days before the hearing , any hearing , plus the electronic bundle 3 days before , regardless
It's your case , you do what you wish , but most people here would do what I said , regardless
I hope you do , but I won't give a further opinion on it as we are going round in circles here
Good luck 👍👍👍2 -
3 days is the usual date by which parties have to send an electronic bundle, usually for telephone or video hearings.
THE BUNDLE SHOULD NOT BE NEWS TO THE OTHER SIDE BECAUSE YOU SHOULD HAVE ALREADY FILED AND SERVED IT (usually) NOT LESS THAN 14 DAYS BEFORE .
Go by 14 days. She's not wrong but was answering a slightly different question.
A previous Order will have stated the period to file and serve evidence.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks Coup mad, I have about a day before I need to hand my bundle into court and the other side. I have a question regarding summary of cost, is this just a free text documents adding up all the hours spent on researching and compiling the bundle or is there a form I need to fill in as I've seen one on .gov website?0
