Sometimes it takes the BPA a few weeks to come back on an investigation.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have a update!
but I am super cross.
the update comes from Sara Roberts at BPA.And I am cross because they allowed the UKPC to lie to them. Stating I never sent recites. I did.
plus they think 30 seconds extra for a disabled person is appropriate? So BPA can’t even keep to their own code. Makes me very cross.
here is the response I got.I glad I find this forum :A:T2 -
The good news is that UKPC have cancelled the charge.
I can understand you are upset with the response and indeed what UKPC have said.
What UKPC have said is rubbish. The NTK was sent to the Keeper and it is the keeper who responds wiith ID proof NOT THE DRIVER ?
Asking for the driver information is a trap.
It is very sad the BPA allow their members to dupe them in this way. All par for the course with the BPA
Anyway, it's cancelled. A judge would never allow such a claim for just 30 seconds. UKPC admit it was only 30 seconds UKPC knew this and it was a feeble attempt to extort money
With the new code of practice and independent appeals coming, the BPA should wake up their ideas before their members do them damage5 -

Go to the UKPC website as if you were going to pay the ticket, you should see the current status of the ticket. Tell us what it says. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

which is good!I am glad I don’t have to do a annoying POPLA appeal. They are hard work.I would like to know if there is anything I can do, to try stop these things happening to disabled people?Your friend on wheels
