Go for the BBC, watchdog etc. They might like the disabled aspect of it, as it makes it stand out from the crowd.
I contacted ‘Watchdog’ and ‘This morning’

But both only allowed me to give brief description which was hard but I tried my best.

@Coupon-mad I got a respond from Sara Roberts at BPA

She is contacting UKPC for their ‘Comment on my complaint’

You have way I can send you the email? I think maybe not best to put up here just yet, maybe good to give her chance. But I want you know all what was said.

I didn’t make it to ‘The Range’ today as I was tired after doing interviews for new PA (carer) today.
John says we can go Range tomorrow if I feel better.

I don't see why you can't post the email here - just redact any personal info (like your email address). :)

Do I send to just one newspaper, or couple or all I find?

i found some local to me (Cambridge) some where I got ticket (Suffolk) and some National newspapers
I'd go for the nuclear option. Get as many newspaper email addresses as possible, and put them all in the address line of your email.

The more the merrier (or scarier) for UKPC!
@Stacey81 Just as a reminder, I'd recommend only putting the first address in the "To" box and then everyone else in the "CC" box when writing your email because there's often a limit on how many addresses you can put in the "To" box.

If you want to keep some of the addresses hidden from the recipients, you can use the "BCC" box instead of the "CC" box for them.

Oh, I already did it and put all in same ‘To’ box.
But this is real helpful to know. Thank you.
If I not hear back from any of them I send again this way.
but your way is helpful for other things to. Thank you.

Don't worry Stacey. Many email providers allow up to 500 addresses, so the 8 you mentioned that you had obtained won't even scratch the surface of the maximum.

I suggested you put them all on the one line was to indicate that they were all equally important to you. Sometimes, being a 'mere' cc recipient can cause some to feel they are a less important 'after thought'.

Or just Copy and Paste the body of text as we don't really need to see addresses.

Have you considered or tried reaching out to The Range on their Social Media platforms? That might get a swifter response.
