I'd go for the nuclear option. Get as many newspaper email addresses as possible, and put them all in the address line of your email.

The more the merrier (or scarier) for UKPC!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The changes by Le_Kirk look good, but I would consider making it much shorter.
Make the opening sentence mention elderly people before disabled, as it refers to a wider group first. For example:
"I would like to highlight an issue that affects many elderly and disabled people in regard to parking, and the Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) we get for being some what slower than the average person."

I would remove the links to the threads on here, along with their preceding sentences and just put a grateful mention of how helpful people on Money Saving Expert have been. The youtube link could be removed as well, along with the whole of the last paragraph. Perhaps just replace it with a single closing statement along the lines of "How can private parking companies be allowed to get away with this?"
People generally reading it are most likely to lose interest before reaching the end. If the recipient of the letter/email wants more detail, they will get in touch with you.
Apologies, but you did say "attack" it!
I do wish you luck sorting this particular ticket out. You've got some great support on here, as you have already highlighted.

I appreciate all input as I know I am not best at wording things.
I do like way you worded it with elderly first I will change it to read like that.
Plus I do believes get best results when work as team than try move mountain alone.

In Stacey's case the YouTube video is particularly revealing and apposite. In the grand scheme of things on the disabled person front, Stacey has a greater difficulty than most in doing what even many disabled people would find relatively easy and straightforward in their daily life.
I believe everyone have they own challenges, no matter how big or small, it’s how challenging to them it is, that is what counts. Disability or no disability
so someone maybe able do something I not can but they maybe find it real hard to do it
Think maybe best way for me explain, is way people feel pain, some people don’t feel pain as bad as others, but pain still hurts as much for each person just each person can handle different amounts.
    hope that make sense.
i know what i trying say.
Every disabled person have difficulty and for them their difficulty is just as hard. No matter what it is. And same for non disabled persons.

but I do understand what you mean by video do show how can take extra time, I do feel video should be in their, the papers used video last time.
    I glad I find this forum :A:T

Is it worth reaching out to Helen Dolphin?

I watched this programme where she said she is a champion of Disabled people's rights and gets parking charges quashed because her organisation has clout with the parking industry.
