the top box is a bona fide electricity meter in full working order. As indicated previously one of my mates has same house design as me and where the flat panel is is where his gas meter is.0

My MIL has a pair of Secure Liberties 100's - at first glance they looked identical - until you looked closely at the cables and pipes.
